There is a standard booking and hire fee of £200.00.
This will secure the horse box for your selected date and includes delivery, return and hire of the horse box ,
professional and friendly bar staff.
If your chosen venue does not have a premises licence we will apply for a Temporary Events Notice on your behalf to the local authority for a fee of £35 we would require 2 weeks notice to process this .

Cocktails , prosecco , red / white / rose wines , spirits , bottles beers , bottled ciders , soft drinks , 0% alcohol by request.
Pour decisions mobile bar. We would love to join in with the fun and be grateful to attend public events whatever it may be. (local country show, food and drink fair, sports event or music festival.)

CASH BAR
Your guests pay for their own drinks at the bar. We have a card payment system and accept cash.
PRE-PAID BAR
You can arrange to put an amount of your choice behind the bar to get the special occasion flowing. Once this amount has been used we let you know, you can then choose to either add to the money behind the bar or let your guests pay for any further drinks
OPEN BAR
the host pays for all the drinks for the full event . The agreed drinks budget is paid 4 weeks before the event.
Disposable, recyclable drinkware is provided as standard, if premium glassware is required please check if glassware is permitted at your chosen venue
